PracticeManaging partner Daniel J. O'Friel has been a plaintiff's advocate in northern New Mexico for over 35 years, specializing in personal injury, employment law, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and commercial litigation. Mr. O'Friel, a 1975 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, has tried dozens of jury and bench trial cases, advocating for the rights of persons who have been injured through the negligence or malice of others. Mr. O'Friel has also served as a mediator in many cases. Mr. O'Friel is a U.S. Air Force veteran. He is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, The New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and was named as one of "The Best Lawyers in New Mexico". Mr. O'Friel was also selected by his peers for inclusion in the 21st Edition of The Best Lawyers in America and named Best Lawyers' 2014-2015 Santa Fe Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiff's "Lawyer of the Year." |
